Danielle Canty - Co-Founder of Bossbabe & MemberUp - has generated more than $20 million in sales via social media and is a business operations QUEEN 👑 . She is my go-to for all things memberships & online entrepreneurship.

Courtney Johnson - Social Media Whiz - is one of my favorite content creators of all time. She’s the embodiment of what it means to “ungatekeep” career cheat codes. I look to Courtney when thinking about how to create more actionable value for my audience.

I turn to Avni Barman - Founder of Gen She - when I need more delulu in my life. I freakin’ love how unhinged Avni is and how she’s actively rejecting conforming to societal norms, especially as a young woman in tech.

Simran Kaur - Founder of Girls That Invest - has a gift for breaking down complex concepts and making personal finance and investing a lot more accessible. She’s built her life and 7-figure business (~85% profit margin) around personal freedom, which I deeply respect.

Last summer, Danielle became my coach & mentor after I sent her a cold DM on Instagram.

How you can replicate this?

1️⃣ If you admire someone, become intimately familiar with their work - ideally as a customer first - which will allow you to add personalized value to them in some shape or form.

2️⃣ Be authentic and vulnerable when connecting with them online and/or in-person. People can tell when you’re being genuine.

3️⃣ Don’t expect anything in return when reaching out, but definitely shoot your shot, you’d be surprised how frequently an opportunity for a “win-win” will present itself.
