🧪 Freedom Formulas

6 things I quietly stopped doing when my ambition started costing me too much:

January energy usually focuses on the things we want to START doing.

But it’s just as important to be aware of the things we should STOP doing in order to reach our goals.

1️⃣ I stopped trying to have it all at once

I started sequencing my life instead.

Stability first.
Freedom next.
Impact after that.

Not everything needs to happen in the same season.

2️⃣ I stopped getting louder as I grew.

I got clearer instead.
Fewer commitments.
Stronger boundaries.

Less explaining to people who were never meant to understand anyway.

3️⃣ I stopped romanticizing struggle.

I started paying attention to what things actually cost me.

My health.
My peace.
My relationships.

And I changed things.
Even when it disappointed people.

4️⃣ I stopped avoiding money conversations until they felt urgent.

I started talking about money earlier than felt polite.
Before resentment built.
Before burnout set in.

And I stopped asking, "Can I afford this?".
Instead, I started asking, “What will this cost me if I don't?"

5️⃣ I stopped confusing cringe with failure.

I let myself be new.
I learned in public.
I posted before I sounded smart

Confidence came later.
It always does.

Staying invisible was the real risk.

6️⃣ I stopped trying to do everything alone.

Not because I couldn't.
But because I finally understood leverage.

I invested in rooms that changed how I think.

Memberships.
Coaches.
Retreats.

Not for the content.
For proximity.
For environments where ambition is normal.

So I encourage you to reflect on what you’re ready to release in 2026 to become more intentional about your goals.

Please feel free to respond to this email, I’d love to read your reflections.
