🧪 Freedom Formulas

For years, I was the queen of invisible excellence.

✅ Crushing it behind closed doors.
✅ Getting promoted quietly.
✅ Letting my work "speak for itself".It's a pattern that is so common among smart, ambitious women.

Over the years, I've heard countless stories of women watching a mediocre man getting the opportunity they'd been perfect for.

Not because he was better.
Because he was louder.
And because he applied despite meeting only 50% of the job qualifications.

Along the way, I realized: In a world that's trained women to be humble, visibility isn't vanity.

It's strategy.

Your future higher self doesn't hide her wins behind false modesty or apologetic disclaimers.

She knows that being seen isn't about ego.

It's about impact.

This is a picture from December 2022 when I was recognized as one of Germany's "100 Women of the Year" by a major publication alongside incredibly accomplished women such as the President of the European Commission, award-winning actresses, founders who've raised millions, Olympic athletes and more.

Because every time you minimize your achievements:

✅ Another woman thinks that level of success is out of reach
✅ Decision-makers assume you're not interested in more
✅ Opportunities flow to those who are comfortable taking creditI used to think sharing my wins was "too much".

Now, I realize staying quiet was not serving me.

Now, I post about every major career milestone.

❌ No "I'm humbled" (I'm not).
❌ No "I got lucky" (I didn't).
❌ No "It's not a big deal" (It is).

Just the truth: I worked for this, I earned this, and I'm proud of this.

The response?

Countless weekly DMs from women saying my posts, my podcasts, my newsletter inspire them to negotiate harder, go after that opportunity, or finally share their own wins.

Your visibility isn't just about you.

It's about every woman who needs to see what's possible.

Today I challenge you to:

📱 Post one professional win with zero disclaimers (I dare you)
✍️ Submit that application or self-nomination you've been perfecting for days
🎤 Apply to speak at one event/podcast this quarter (start small if you need to)

Because it's not just your future self that's counting on you.

It's all of us.
