đź’Ś Special Edition: Introducing...

Hi Sheconomist Insider đź‘‹

This is a special edition of The Sheconomist, not part of our usual bi-weekly cadence. We’ll be back to regularly scheduled programming next week.

But today, I wanted to drop into your inbox personally and share something I’ve been deeply passionate about building because I genuinely believe it can change how women in corporate jobs build wealth, confidence, and optionality.

After more than a year of thinking, pausing, rethinking, and refining…

Corporate Rich Girl Academy is officially live.

Why I Built Corporate Rich Girl Academy

Here’s the hard truth I’ve seen over and over again:

Women in corporate jobs are earning more than ever, yet many still feel:

  • financially anxious

  • unsure if they’re “doing the right things”

  • unclear on how salary, equity, benefits, and investing actually fit together

Not because they’re bad with money.
Not because they lack discipline.
But because no one ever explained the system.

I’ve spent years inside Big Tech, navigating:

  • complex compensation packages

  • equity, RSUs, ESPPs

  • retirement accounts with confusing rules

  • benefits that quietly compound into six figures, or disappear if you don’t know how to use them

And what I kept seeing was this gap:

Smart, high-achieving women earning great money… but leaving wealth on the table because nobody ever taught us the rules.

Corporate Rich Girl Academy exists to close that gap.

What This Program Actually Is (and Isn’t)

CRGA is not:

❌ a budgeting course
❌ a hustle-your-way-to-wealth program
❌ a “manifest it harder” mindset-only experience

It is:

âś… a calm, structured education on how corporate money actually works
âś… a system for understanding and optimizing your equity, benefits, and retirement accounts
âś… a way to stop second-guessing your decisions and start making them intentionally

Inside the Academy, we break down:

  • how to evaluate your total compensation (not just salary but equity)

  • how to avoid expensive mistakes around vesting, quitting, and timing

  • how to use retirement accounts strategically instead of passively

  • how to think in leverage, not just income

  • how to build wealth on your terms, without burning out or playing status games

This is the program I wish had existed when I was earlier in my career.

A Personal Note (Why This Took Time)

I originally started building a slightly different program over a year ago and planned to launch it in spring 2025.

Then life happened.

Last year, I had to make the very real decision to pause, to prioritize my mental health and navigate some personal challenges that required my full presence and care.

It wasn’t easy. But it was necessary.

And last fall, when things felt steadier, I picked the idea back up, and I haven’t stopped “birthing” this program since.

Every module, every exercise, every framework comes from lived experience, deep thought, and a genuine desire to help women feel calmer, clearer, and more powerful with their money.

Why I’m Sharing This With You Now

Two reasons:

  • I know this can help so many of you. If you’re in a corporate job and want to build wealth without guessing, this was built for you.

  • Launch week matters. To celebrate today’s launch, the program is $200 off during launch week only. This is the lowest price it will ever be. The price will go up by $200 on February 4th.

I wanted you, my Sheconomist Insiders, to hear it directly from me.

If you’ve ever thought:

“I make good money but still feel unsure”

“I don’t want to mess this up”

“I want to build wealth without turning my life upside down”

Then Corporate Rich Girl Academy could be a great next step for you.

As always, thank you for being here, for reading, and for trusting me with your time and attention.

I’m so proud of what this program has become, and I can’t wait to see how it changes the lives of many of you.

With love and abundance,
